Termo de Uso de Imagem e Responsabilidade

AUTORIZO o uso de minha imagem e voz em fotos e/ou vídeos, sem fins lucrativos, para serem utilizadas com finalidade institucional nas publicações do evento “Wahine Bodyboarding Pro”, no portal institucional, redes sociais, mídias eletrônicas e espontâneas, e também em outras possíveis peças de comunicação (cartazes, folders, entre outros) que, eventualmente, venham a ser veiculadas pela organização e instituições parceiras (sem fins lucrativos).

Declaro ter lido o regulamento oficial da competição e concordo plenamente com os termos e regras contidos nele. Declaro estar em perfeita condição de saúde e que irei me submeter a todos os protocolos de segurança contra COVID-19 adotados neste evento. Declaro que a guarda de minha prancha e nadadeira, assim como todos os meus objetos pessoais, são de minha inteira responsabilidade.

Declaro que tenho ciência dos riscos da prática do esporte e de suas potenciais consequências. Sendo assim, retiro toda e qualquer responsabilidade dos organizadores Instituto Neymara Carvalho (INC) e da International Bodyboarding Corporation (IBC) sob quaisquer acidentes que possa vir a acontecer com o atleta.

I AUTHORIZE the use of my image and voice in photos and/or videos, non-profit, to be used for institutional purposes in publications of the “Wahine Bodyboarding Pro” event, on the institutional portal, social networks, electronic and spontaneous media, and also in other possible pieces of communication (posters, folders, among others) that may eventually be transmitted by the organization and institutions partners (non-profit).

I declare that I have read the official competition regulations and fully agree with the terms and rules contained therein. I declare that I am in perfect health and that I will comply with all safety protocols against COVID-19 adopted at this event. I declare that the custody of my board and fin, as well as all my personal effects, are my sole responsibility.

I declare that I am aware of the risks of practicing the sport and its potential consequences. Therefore, I withdraw any and all liability from the organizers Instituto Neymara Carvalho (INC) and the International Bodyboarding Corporation (IBC) for any accident that may happen to the athlete.
